Based at Eagle Farm in Brisbane, Gollan has built a formidable training operation renowned for its consistency, exceptional horsemanship and remarkable ability to maximise the potential of individual horses.

 

His achievements are staggering. In the 2025/26 racing season, Gollan claimed his 13th consecutive Queensland Trainer of the Year award, preparing 213 winners across the state, including an outstanding 147 metropolitan victories. His sustained dominance of Brisbane racing is a testament to the quality of his operation and his ability to deliver results season after season.

Gollan's remarkable career has produced numerous elite performers, headed by outstanding Group 1 winners ANTINO, SPIRIT OF BOOM and TEMPLE OF BOOM.

His first Group 1 triumph came with TEMPLE OF BOOM in the 2012 Galaxy at Randwick, while SPIRIT OF BOOM went on to claim the Group 1 William Reid Stakes and Doomben 10,000.

More recently, the exceptional ANTINO elevated Gollan's reputation on the national stage with a brilliant victory in the 2024 Group 1 Toorak Handicap at Caulfield, demonstrating that his horses can compete with the very best throughout Australia.

With multiple Group 1 victories, thousands of career winners and an extraordinary collection of training premierships, Gollan has firmly established himself among Australia's elite trainers.
