It was a well deserved win for SACRED BULL and his connections at Ipswich today, under a well judged ride by Ben Thompson. After being drawn the widest, Ben made the decision early on to press forward, which allowed Sacred Bull to settle just behind the leader throughout. When they turned for home, it became a real staying test, and our Sacred Falls gelding was up to the task, proving the toughest to hold off his rivals and pick up the win. Second up today for REGAL SURGE and a great Cian Macredmond ride ensured he grabbed the win for his owners. Carrying 62.5kgs, and on the Heavy track, neither proved a problem for our boy, as he produced a lovely run down the Hamilton straight, to run away from his rivals by a little over 2 lengths. FIFTY CALIBRE absolutely relished the heavy conditions today at the Sunshine Coast to score. It was an 11/10 ride too by Jag Guthmann-Chester.
